Minor Protection Standards (SOM)

In accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, the Hotel is required to implement Child Protection Standards (SOM) by August 15, 2024. The Hotel is obliged to apply child protection standards, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and their relationship with the adult they are staying with at the property. (Act of May 13, 2016 on Counteracting Threats of Sexual Offenses and the Protection of Minors).

 

Required documents:

In order to properly verify, we will ask you to present the child’s identity document or other document confirming the right to care for the child at a given time during check-in.

Examples of documents verifying the child’s identity include an identity card, school ID, MObywatel application, patient’s online account, court order.

If you are not the child’s parent, it is necessary to present a notarial consent document or consent from parents together with the indication of the child’s data, their address of residence, telephone contact to the parent, identity document number, and the PESEL number of the person traveling with the child.
