- wrote out the information card for renting a hotel room

II) Personal data administrator

The administrator of the personal data specified in point I is P1 Real Estate Sp. z o.o., based in Poznań.

III) Objectives and basis for processing

We hereby inform you that we process the personal data specified in point I for the following purposes:

for the purpose of providing services related to short-term rental of hotel rooms,

for the purpose of making hotel room reservations, on the basis of the consent given (basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA)

for the purpose of directing commercial messages to the use in the scope related to the provision of hotel and catering services, on the basis of the consent given (basis of Article 6(a) of the DPA)

for archival (evidential) purposes to secure information in the event of a legal need to prove facts, which is our legitimate interest (basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO);

for the possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims, which is our legitimate interest ( basis of Art. 6 (1) f. RODO);

for analytical purposes, which is our legitimate interest ( basis of Art. 6(1)(f) RODO);

IV) Categories of your Personal Data:

Personal Data Administrator will process the following data:

Basic identification data (First and Last Name, Address of residence, country of permanent residence, telephone number, e-mail address, company data for invoice, date of birth, name of companion), to the extent published by the User on booking.com, hrs, expedia, bestweren.com, the Administrator's website and the information sheet;

Personal data will be processed by the Administrator.

Other personal data provided voluntarily by the User;
